• Local Delivery (within Little Rock city limits): Base rate start off $50+
• Outside Little Rock: $3.50 per mile (calculated from our base location)
  
  **Please note: Delivery fees are based on the total mileage to and from your event location. Setup and breakdown fees may apply based on the scope of your rental or event. We look forward to bringing your event vision to life no matter where in Arkansas you are! We DO NOT allow Pick-Up!

To ensure your selected rental items are secured and reserved exclusively for your date, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following payment schedule:

Securing Your Items

Rental inventory is first come, first served. We cannot hold items without payment due to high demand and limited quantities.

Payment Terms

• Events booked 30+ days in advance:
  
  A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. This secures your items and event date.
  
  Final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event.
• Events booked 10–29 days in advance:
  
  Full payment is due at the time of booking to lock in your rental order and date.
• Events booked less than 10 days in advance:
  
  Full payment is due immediately, and availability must be confirmed prior to booking.
